Jackie Welch is a dedicated operations and client services professional with extensive experience in financial services and office management. A Baton Rouge native, Jackie has been streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing client experiences for over 10 years. She brings exceptional organization, process improvement, and a client-first mindset to every role she takes on. Jackie is also licensed in Life & Health Insurance, allowing her to support clients even more fully as they navigate their financial and protection planning.
Beyond her professional work, Jackie has a deep passion for service and outreach. She has helped lead Vacation Bible School mission trips to Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Germany, and other communities in need—driven by a lifelong commitment to giving back. Having lived in Puerto Rico for two years, she embraces diverse cultures and values meaningful global experiences.
